Quinta Conference Center offers 340 guest rooms, 40 of which
are two room suites with a microwave and refrigerator. Guest
rooms feature cable television with In-Room Movies (Pay
Per View), Nintendo, in-room coffee makers, hairdryers,
irons and iron boards. All guest room telephones include
voice mail and data port access. A complimentary First
Light Breakfast is served daily and complimentary coffee
is served on a 24-hour basis in the hotel lobby. La Quinta
offers 2 outdoor pools, one of which is heated and has a
Jacuzzi, an on-site Fitness Center, a 1/8 mile jogging track
with a grassy area and picnic tables and an on-site Gift
Shop, open daily. Guests may also dine at any one of the
seven restaurants located adjacent to the hotel.

Both hotels provide transportation to & from the hotel
to the Arlington Convention Center. Officials
and Organizing Committee members will stay at the La Quinta
Inn Conference Center. Workshops and Seminars will also be
held here.
